This is the Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
The course includes six teaching sessions and an exam.
The course will cover:

factors affecting the style and quality of wine: grape growing and winemaking

wine tasting using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting©

key grape varieties and important wine regions

sparkling and fortified wine production

label terminology
-
food and wine pairing principles
-
wine storage and service
The course is taught in English, and the study material and exam are also in English.

22nd of October, 29th of October, 5th of November, 12th of November, 19th of November, and 26th of November 2025
(All days from 9:30–17:00, except 26th of November which is from 13:00–17:00)
