This is the Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
The course includes three teaching sessions and an exam.
The course will cover:

factors affecting the style and quality of wine: grape growing and winemaking

wine tasting using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting©

key grape varieties and important wine regions

sparkling and fortified wine production

label terminology
-
food and wine pairing principles
-
wine storage and service
The course is taught in English, and the study material and exam are also in English.
